Pledge Rights
- To know consequences of actions.
- To de-pledge and not have it held against you.
- To know requirements.
- To ask questions about requirements.
- To not do anything that makes you feel uncomfortable.
- To have fair quizzes and tests.
- To express grievances.
- To have an atmosphere conducive to learning.
- To be granted alternative requirement options, subject to approval by the Pledge Committee.
- To have exceptions granted in the face of extenuating circumstances.
- To express thoughts and concerns about the Pledge Program and its execution.
- To not be hazed.
- To seek assistance if problems with fraternity members occur.
Pledge Responsibilities
- To actively participate in the learning process.
- To treat other fraternity members as individuals with concerns and ideas of their own.
- To fulfill your requirements.
- To actively participate in activities you attend, especially ones that fulfill pledge requirements
- To express thoughts and concerns about the pledge program and its execution.
- To know and follow the chapter and fraternity Risk Management Policies.
- To not haze pledges or Brothers.
- To express grievances in the proper manner and to appropriate people.
- To not ask pledges or Brothers to do anything that you would not do yourself.
