Who We Are and What We Stand For

 

Goals:

The Society of Women Engineers is a non-profit organization dedicated to: 

- encouraging women to enter into the engineering field,

- promoting engineering as a discipline,

- supporting women currently involved in the engineering field,

- promoting diversity.

Mission Statement:

Stimulate women to achieve full potential in careers as engineers and leaders, expand the image of the engineering profession as a positive force in improving the quality of life, and demonstrate the value of diversity.
